Absentee & Phone Bids
Absentee & Phone Bid Form
- Please complete one form for each lot you wish to bid on and return by fax – (416) 539-9903 or email info@cmagazine.com
- Absentee & phone bid forms must be received at the offices of the C Magazine by midnight/12 am (EST) on Sunday April 3, 2011.
To Make An Absentee Bid
- In the case of identical bids, the earliest received will take precedence.
- Bids will be executed by the auctioneer on behalf of the bidder.
To Bid By Phone
- Bids will be executed on behalf of the bidder by a representative of C Magazine, on explicit instruction given by the bidder over the phone.
Rules For All Bids At The Auction
- Successful bidders should be prepared to pay for their purchases in cash, by Visa or Mastercard or by personal cheque payable to C Magazine on the evening of the auction.
- All sales are final. No purchase can be returned, refunded or exchanged.
- Artworks are sold as exhibited, and wrapped and delivered to buyers on-site.
- Works purchased in absence will be shipped at the buyers expense following the auction.
